Workshop Registration Cancellation Request

To cancel your registration for a Cascade workshop, please complete the form below.

In order to receive a refund for registration fees paid, our cancellation policy states that we must be notified at least five (5) business days prior to the workshop. Our training department will contact you regarding alternatives if you find you must cancel after that date.
