A Certificate Program for Human Resource Professionals.

Whether you’re new to HR or you’ve already made a career of it, the HR Academy develops your skills, knowledge and abilities in the fundamental tenets of HR and the more advanced niche areas of this important management function.

Academy Orientation

Begin the program with a half-day orientation session, leaving with an assessment of your organization’s HR programs, a professional development plan, and recommendations on your electives.

Then, Choose Your Track

100 Level – HR Fundamentals: Perfect for those newer to HR, or those seeking to expand their general HR knowledge. Includes six half-day elective courses.

200 Level – HR Professional: Designed for the more experienced HR professional, this track assumes you have a solid understanding of the fundamentals and are seeking more specialized knowledge. Includes five half-day elective courses and putting your knowledge to the test in two hands-on, highly interactive labs.
