OFCCP Rescinds EO Survey

On September 8, 2006, a final rule was published which rescinds the EO Survey.  The EO Survey required selected nonconstruction contractors to submit workforce data regarding their personnel, compensation, and affirmative action programs.

The Survey was initially adopted to function as a predictor of systemic discrimination in the workplace.  The OFCCP found the Survey not to be an effective predictor.
