April 1 New Effective Date for Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)

On March 24, the Department of Labor (DOL) issued guidance on the Family First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). Importantly, the DOL stated the effective date of FFCRA is April 1, 2020. Note: This is different than the April 2, 2020 effective date previously mentioned.
