This series introduces participants to the root causes of racism and discrimination while providing tools for navigating challenging discourse in the workplace.
Each session provides an overview of relevant topics and terminology for employers who want a fundamental understanding of how to address Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in their organizations. Participants will leave with tools and practices to inform their strategic vision for a more inclusive environment.

Presenter Bio: Dr. Charlene Williams is a wife, mother, teacher, leader, author and lifelong learner currently serving as an Assistant Superintendent for the Camas School District. With more than 25 years of experience in education, she has had the privilege of working with school communities to improve attendance, enrollment and academic outcomes for students. Her aim is to help educators and families eliminate opportunity and outcome disparities so each student is able to thrive.
