Almost 70% of people say that it's difficult or impossible to confront and successfully resolve crucial conversations in the workplace, and 60% report that they've been putting off an important conversation for more than a month.

Whether it’s due to lack of time, fear of the consequences, or conflict avoidance, many well-meaning employees are avoiding the important conversations they need to have in order to maintain both solid work and solid working relationships. We will explore how to prepare for difficult and critical conversations, analyze different conflict styles and develop skills in communication that allow participants to move from conflict to collaboration.
