Is Workplace Wellness still on your radar? What are the biggest risk factors for the wellness of your work team? Smoking, Obesity, Work/Life Balance, Diabetes, Stress, Heart Disease, Mental Health, Financial Concerns?

What kinds of promotions and programs are working for you? Which need a little nudging?

“Among the 22 different studies that looked at wellness programs and healthcare costs, the average return on investment was 3.27. This means that for every dollar that was spent on the program the company saved $3.27 because of reduced healthcare costs.”
Dr. Steve Aldana-Wellsteps
