Most workplaces have employees who have the responsibility of passing on specific information to the rest of the workgroup. It might be safety, some procedure or technique, maybe some important "tribal knowledge” critical to the success of your business. These trainings can often lack consistency, structure or measurable learning outcomes. Some of us become reluctant trainers.

Fear not!

Come join us for a dynamic hands-on learning experience that will sharpen your skills and spice-up your training.

Learning objectives include:

  1. Understand and develop Adult Learning Theory and Techniques in motivating adult learners. Develop the best application for your work culture.
  2. Complete a Learning Style Analysis and look at ways of adjusting your style and approach to the learner.
  3. Understand the critical differences in the various trainer roles (Administrator, Instructor, Facilitator, Mentor) and how to balance these roles.
  4. We will address challenging behaviors and effective ways to overcome them.
  5. Develop ways to spice up even the most mundane training topics.
