The Department of Labor (DOL) has published Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) poster that employers are required to post in their workplace. As a reminder all covered employers must post a notice of the FFCRA requirements in a conspicuous place on its premises. This can be done by emailing or direct mailing the notice to employees, or posting the notice on an employee information internal or external website. Even small employers with less than 50 employees are required to comply with the notice requirements.
The DOL also published FAQs associated with the new posting requirements.
