Last week Cascade launched the COVID-19 Workplace Realities Survey to collect and analyze data on the business impacts of COVID-19 and how businesses are responding to Oregon’s “Stay Home, Save Lives” order.
Reflecting responses from 156 organizations in the for-profit, non-profit and public sectors, the results provide information about business continuity plans, CARES Act impacts, FFCRA usage, and more. Results of the survey show:
- 66% of respondents are moderately to extremely concerned about the impact on human resources
- 74% of respondents are moderately to extremely concerned about the impact on business continuity
- Majority of respondents (70%) have seen little to no impact on their workforce capabilities from the “Stay Home, Save Lives” order
- 42% of respondents have 50% or more of their employees working from home (that normally do not)
