Reflecting responses from 156 organizations in the for-profit, non-profit and public sectors, the results provide information about business continuity plans, CARES Act impacts, FFCRA usage, and more. Results of the survey show:

  • 66% of respondents are moderately to extremely concerned about the impact on human resources
  • 74% of respondents are moderately to extremely concerned about the impact on business continuity
  • Majority of respondents (70%) have seen little to no impact on their workforce capabilities from the “Stay Home, Save Lives” order
  • 42% of respondents have 50% or more of their employees working from home (that normally do not)
