This week Cascade launched the COVID-19 Workplace Impact Survey to collect and analyze data on how employers are handling their business and workforce with the continuing impacts of COVID-19.
Reflecting responses from 84 organizations in the for-profit, non-profit and public sectors, the results provide information about workplace realities and continued approaches to COVID-19. The results also include a comparison report, comparing answers from previous COVID-19 surveys when the questions were the same. Results of the survey show:
- 55% of respondents are extremely to moderately concerned about COVID-19’s impact on human resources, compared to 66% in April
- 65% of respondents are extremely to moderately concerned about COVID-19’s impact on business continuity, compared to 74% in April
- 24% of respondents have delayed or eliminated their 2020 employee pay adjustments, compared to 10% in April
As always, please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. Our team is prepared to answer your questions.
