2016 is Here . . . Happy New Year!

Start the New Year off right with a quick check of your compensation practices to make sure they are competitive, attractive and equitable, and to ensure you are on the right track:

  1. Have pay levels been evaluated in the last 2 to 3 years, either formally or informally?
  2. Have pay ranges been adjusted in the last 1 to 2 years?
  3. Are job descriptions up-to-date?
  4. Do employees feel they are being paid fairly?
  5. Have employees left due to pay concerns?
  6. Do you have a variable pay plan in place?

Your answers to the above determine if your pay practices are current and up-to-date. If they are not, it is critical that you get back on track!
