2021 Regional Pay Survey Open for Participation

The 2021 Regional Pay Survey is on its way! Collecting wage and salary data for over 600 positions from about 700 organizations across Oregon and Washington, this survey provides reliable and comprehensive data that allows you to remain competitive in your local market. We have added new positions this year, such as Director of Equity and Inclusion and Sustainability Manager, and are anxious to get this local data out. To do that, we need you to participate!

Member participants receive the results for FREE, with significant discounts available for non-member participants. We will be pulling the data for the 2021 reports on March 19th, so make sure to enter your data before then. The more current the data, the more accurate the reports!

The final reports will include the Methodology and Demographics Report, Executive Report (executive level positions), Wage Report (non-exempt and remaining exempt positions), and Non-Profit Report (all positions, but non-profit data only). Last year had 35% of all participants responding as non-profits, making this survey Cascade’s best resource for non-profit compensation data, and we hope to maintain or improve that response rate this year. Make sure to participate to get your access to these reports when they become available in May!
