With restrictions easing and more employees returning to the workplace, we know you have questions about both the legal and practical issues around the impact of COVID-19 vaccines and the new mask requirements.  We’ve been collecting the top questions organizations are asking us, but this is your chance to take charge and ask away. Just remember…we don’t make the rules and guidelines, but we are here to help you understand them as you make critical decisions for your organization.

We know and expect you’ll have more questions, but here are the Top 10 we will start off with:

  1. Can/should we demand proof of vaccination?
  2. What is an acceptable form of proof?
  3. Can/should we require vaccinations now?
  4. Can/should we allow fully vaccinated people to not wear masks at work?
  5. Can/should we use an honor system for verification?
  6. Do fully vaccinated people still need to socially distance?
  7. How do we consistently enforce work rules when some people are still required to wear masks?
  8. Can we still require everyone to wear masks?
  9. What about the requirements for customers?
  10. Doesn’t it violate HIPAA to request vaccination verification?

We hope you can join us for this one-hour live conversation on May 26th. And remember, please come prepared to participate and ask questions.
