Official rules: Cascade Employers Association is the sole sponsor of this contest. Only current members of Cascade are eligible to participate. There are two (2) methods of entry: (1.) Attend any Cascade training event in the month of June 2021. (2.) Complete the Member Satisfaction Survey. Each method of entry counts as one (1) entry. No limit on entries EXCEPT member satisfaction survey, only one (1) survey per organization may be submitted. Entries must be received between May 17, 2021 – June 30, 2021.  Must be over 21 years of age. Winner will be selected at random. Cascade will reach out to the winner after random selection. The winner will have three (3) business days to reply back and claim the prize. Cascade reserves all rights.
