The 2021 Regional Benefits Survey is now open for participation!
With over 100 questions, this survey is a great resource for Pacific Northwest organizations looking to review their benefit packages and get a sense of the local competition. With the recent hiring difficulties, remaining competitive against multiple offers is more important than ever!
The 2021 Regional Benefits Survey will provide organizations an opportunity to identify common benefit practices including:
- Time-off practices
- Life insurance, disability and retirement packages
- Health & welfare benefits, including vision and dental insurance
- New: Diversity, equity and inclusion practices
- Updated: Pandemic and COVID-19 practices
The final reports for this survey include a holistic report that includes all data, and a non-profit specific report which includes only non-profit data. These final reports are FREE to all member participants, and significant discounts are available to non-member participants.
