In partnership with CSNW Benefits, Cascade’s key partner for group benefit offerings, Association members get free access to help with measuring the effectiveness of key performance indicators through an in-depth benefits assessment.

How It Works:

• Starter Kit—Take a brief online survey here.

• Discovery Meeting—Schedule a virtual meeting to spend 60 minutes or so with a CSNW benefits consultant to review your survey feedback and to dive a bit more into your goals and resources.

• Assessment—Based on your discovery meeting, CSNW builds identified strategies into a framework for execution, delivering you a written assessment and recommendations.

• Playbook and Toolbox—If you find the recommendations provided by CSNW useful, they will assist you in executing your blueprint for a greater benefits ROI through a custom playbook and toolbox.
