Federal Contractor Vaccine Mandate Blocked

Recently, a federal judge in Georgia issued a nationwide injunction preventing the enforcement of the Federal Contractor COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate.

As a reminder, this mandate was set to go into effect on January 4, 2021, which was the date that eligible employees had to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (unless a religious or medical exception applied). The nationwide injunction applies to all eligible federal contractors, including those in Oregon.

Until this latest legal issue is resolved, the mandate is paused. We will keep you apprised of any further developments.
