On July 1, 2022 Oregon’s Minimum Wage rates will increase.

As of that date, the rates will increase as follows:

Standard (or Base) rate: increases from $12.75 per hour to $13.50 per hour

Portland Metro rate: increases from $14.00 per hour to $14.75 per hour

Nonurban Counties rate: increases from $12.00 per hour to $12.50 per hour

Along with this increase, it’s also time to make sure your required employment posters reflect this change. If you have already purchased an employment law poster from Cascade, you should have already received stickers with the new minimum wage rates to replace the current rates.

For those that did not purchase an all-in-one employment law poster from Cascade, we still have a limited supply of posters available. While supplies last, you can purchase posters here.
