Cascade’s new compensation platform, Payscale Peer, is now open for participation. Payscale Peer is an online compensation platform that collects regional and national data on 5,000 benchmark positions. Payscale Peer currently has 2,200 participants nationwide, representing over 6 million employees.
A normal $6,500 market value, members of Cascade can receive Payscale Peer access for only $325-$425 per year (depending on FTEs). So why participate in Payscale Peer if your organization is not interested in paying for the upgrade?
There are two big reasons:
- Cascade offers a member benefit of two free job reports per year. These job reports are pulled from the Payscale Peer data set. While there is a cost to upgrade to full Payscale Peer access, there is no fee for the participation process itself. Thus, if you would like to ensure that the data we are pulling for your free reports is as robust as possible, adding your data by participating in Payscale is a great step. We can’t pull reports for data that does not exist, so providing as much data as possible ensures quality reports for everyone.
- Participating does not generate any fee, so if you are considering purchasing Payscale Peer access in the future, you can participate now so that you can purchase and get immediate access in the future.
Payscale Peer will be replacing Cascade’s traditional Regional Pay Survey in 2024. Users of Payscale Peer will be able to access great features including:
- Unlimited data filtering and reports
- Regional and national data sets
- Filtering by city, state, industry, business function, tenure, organization size, annual revenue, and competitor name
- Direct competitor comparisons (requires 5 organizations minimum to be selected)
- Link to HRIS system in the future for ease of participation
- Data exportable by PDF and Excel
- And more!
Participation is open now until early December, with platform access being granted in early January. Register to participate here, and a member of our team will contact you with the participation materials. We have several upcoming free office-hours webinars scheduled to review the participation process and answer any questions. Sign up for those here.
