Key Program Highlights

1. Welcome Module: We begin by welcoming you to your learner journey and providing you with a comprehensive overview of the blended learning experience.
2. Adopt a Leadership Mindset Assignment: This assignment provides the opportunity for you to begin to reflect on who you want to be as a leader and begin to shift your mindset from that of a peer to a leader.
3. Instructor-led Training #1: This offers you the opportunity to explore your mindset with other leaders and discuss a variety of strategies that lead to success as a leader.
4. Webinars and Assignments: You will have three weeks to complete four self-directed webinars and assignments designed to prepare you for crucial conversations, establish positive expectations for your new team, and recognize how to leverage control vs. influence as a leader.
5. Instructor-led Training #2: This offers you the opportunity to reflect on the tools and resources gained and collaborate with other leaders to formulate actions and strategies to put these resources into practice.
6. Final Course Review: In this culminating activity you will reflect on your journey and provide valuable feedback about the tools and resources as well as your overall learning experience throughout the course.
