- Welcome Module: We begin by welcoming you to your learner journey and providing you with a comprehensive overview of the blended learning experience.
- Adopt a Leadership Mindset Assignment: This assignment provides the opportunity for you to begin to reflect on who you want to be as a leader and begin to shift your mindset from that of a peer to a leader.
- Instructor-led Training #1: This offers you the opportunity to explore your mindset with other leaders and discuss a variety of strategies that lead to success as a leader.
- Webinars and Assignments: You will have three weeks to complete four self-directed webinars and assignments designed to prepare you for crucial conversations, establish positive expectations for your new team, and recognize how to leverage control vs. influence as a leader.
- Instructor-led Training #2: This offers you the opportunity to reflect on the tools and resources gained and collaborate with other leaders to formulate actions and strategies to put these resources into practice.
- Final Course Review: In this culminating activity you will reflect on your journey and provide valuable feedback about the tools and resources as well as your overall learning experience throughout the course.
