The Regional Pay Survey is Gone—Check Out Our Replacement, Payscale Peer

Posted by: McKenna Arnold, Survey and Research Manager on Monday, March 11, 2024

Wondering where Cascade’s Regional Pay Survey is? It’s been upgraded and replaced. We started this transition last fall and now is the time to participate in our new online compensation platform, Payscale Peer.

Payscale Peer provides enhanced compensation reporting options to our members (such as real-time data reports, online dashboarding, competitor comparisons, and national data sets), while still maintaining the great regional data that our members know and appreciate.

The Payscale Peer platform consists of data submitted for over 5,000 benchmark positions that span all industries, departments, and levels. This data is employer-reported and is reviewed and validated by compensation professionals at both Cascade and Payscale. The data set available in the platform is refreshed daily with the most recently eligible data, so you are accessing the most up-to-date data available.

Additional benefits of this new platform include:

  • Filtering by state, city, MSA, industry, business function, employee tenure, employee size, and annual revenue
  • Competitor comparison
  • Regional and national data available
  • Unlimited filtering and data reports
  • Online dashboarding
  • Daily updating of data sets
  • Ability to link to HRIS for ease of participation in the future
  • And more!

The time to participate is now. Payscale Peer is open for participation now until March 29. If you have traditionally participated in the Regional Pay Survey, you should sign up to participate in Payscale Peer today.

There is no non-participant option—if you want access to the Payscale Peer platform, you must participate and purchase access. Normally a $6,500 platform fee, Cascade members receive the platform at a 95% discount. Check out our pricing model.

For those interested in learning more about the Payscale Peer platform, check out our website. We also have an overview video of the platform available. Finally, have any remaining questions? Feel free to contact us via email or sign up for one of our free office-hours webinars. We look forward to seeing your participation!
