Understanding behavioral styles is one of the most essential skills needed to effectively manage a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace. This is a highly interactive session where you will first determine your own behavioral style. You will also learn techniques on how to recognize the behavioral styles of others and learn techniques on how to manage and work with others more effectively based on their style.
