Emerging Leader: Navigating the Transition from Peer to Supervisor - A Blended Learning Experience

This is a 4-part blended learning experience that takes place over four weeks and includes self-directed webinars and assignments, two virtual, real-time instructor-led training sessions, and a final course assessment.

During this experience learners will complete assignments and participate in interactive discussions around the following topics:

• Adopt and develop a leadership mindset.
• Develop a plan to have strategic conversations with your new team, supervisors, and peers.
• Learn strategies to help you successfully navigate the transition from peer to supervisor.
• Create an action plan for the implementation of skills and knowledge gained.
• Develop and communicate positive expectations for your team.
• Differentiate between control and influence in leadership.

This experience begins on January 31, 2024 and ends on February 28, 2024.

Learners are required to complete all of the following requirements to receive a certificate of completion for this blended learning experience.

• Welcome module and Leadership Mindset assignment
• Instructor-led training #1: Developing the Leadership Mindset
• Webinars and assignments: Four on-demand webinars and corresponding assignments
• Instructor-led training #2: Navigating the Transition from Peer to Supervisor
• Final Course Review and Assessment assignment
