Reset Password Steps

If you attempted to submit the membership application and received the error "User ID is already in use" it means you already have a login for cascadeemployers.com.
To update your password visit the My Account page of this site:
- In the login dialog box enter your User ID (usually your email address) in the field "Username" (It is case sensitive).
- Check the box "Forgot My Password."
- Click the "Submit" button.
An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
Click the link and on the page you are taken to enter a new password.
Return to the My Account page and enter your Username and (new) Password to log in.
