You need a plan for protected veterans and individuals with disabilities if:

  • Written plan for individuals with disabilities if you have 50 or more employees and a federal contract or subcontract of $50,000 or more
  • Written plan for veterans if you have 50 or more employees and a federal contract or subcontract of $150,000 or more
  • Any federal contractor or subcontractor with a contract of $150,000 or more is required to submit the VETS-4212 Report annually, regardless of employee count
