She also creates custom surveys for employers of diverse sectors. McKenna loves digging into the details to deliver high quality, highly-valid survey results. She also provides Affirmative Action plan and program support to Cascade members. McKenna earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Data Science from Willamette University. In her free time, McKenna can be found with a book or knitting needles in her hands. |

Plummer Bailor, MALeadership Development Consultant Plummer is an Organizational Learning & Leadership Development professional with over 20 years of experience. As a corporate trainer, leadership strategist, and executive coach, he is known for his ability to connect with his clients and audiences and ensuring that they walk away with actionable strategies for positive change and improved performance. Born and raised in Sierra Leone, West Africa, his unique world view has allowed him to share his expertise in multiple countries across several continents, including Africa, South America, and here in the United States of America. Plummer holds a B.S. in Physics from Lebanon Valley College, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University. Jocelyn BillingsTraining Coordinator Probably one of the most helpful people you’ll ever meet, Jocelyn will not rest until employers are linked to the right learning programs, including leadership, HR management, employment law compliance, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Maria CenicerosSenior HR Consultant Maria has over 20 years of HR experience in the private and public sectors. Assessing and diving into difficult situations and conversations is Maria's comfort zone, and she does so with sensitivity, empathy and an inclusive and restorative justice lens. She is a seasoned HR professional in Employee and Labor Relations, as well as an experienced workplace investigator, trainer and coach. During a five-year hiatus from HR, she taught Spanish to community college, middle and high school students. Maria earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington. Later she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Portland State and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Lewis and Clark College. She holds a SHRM-SCP certification. When not working, Maria is outside walking, hiking, snowshoeing, kayaking or riding her road bike. She particularly loves multi-day long-distance walks and has walked the 500-mile Camino de Santiago across Spain. |

Gayle GilhamPresident With Cascade since 1976, and serving as President since 2012, Gayle has led the organization through growth and steadily increasing member value. Living and breathing our mission, her history and diverse industry perspective mean Gayle instinctively assesses workplace landscapes and makes sure Cascade attracts and retains the best team of collaborative, responsive and solution-oriented professionals. Gayle currently serves as on the Board of Employer Associations of America as past chair, and is past chair of Willamette Workforce Partnership. She also reports to our own Board of executives from Cascade member organizations. In her off time Gayle enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, working in her half-acre garden and fishing with her husband on Oregon’s coastal rivers. |
