Required workplace posters for federal and Oregon compliance
Recent changes require updated labor and employment law posters for 2026.
Updated minimum wage stickers have been mailed to apply to the 2026 poster you purchased earlier this year from Cascade. Due to the cost of producing and mailing a poster update for every additional state-required change, we're providing links where you can print either a full replacement poster or just the individual Oregon posters that have changed. Once you've applied the stickers and posted any updated pages, you'll be fully compliant through June 2027.
We're also changing our publication schedule. Oregon typically releases updated labor and employment law postings each June, while we have historically issued new poster editions each December. To better align with the state's release schedule and get updated requirements to you faster, we're shifting our publication cycle to June, starting in 2027. As a result, you will not need to purchase a new poster this December. Starting in 2027, you can purchase a new poster in June instead.
