What Is the Leadership Academy?
The Academy is a certificate program series of elective courses that participants take at their own pace. There is no time limit on completing your certificate, allowing learners flexibility to balance professional development with day-to-day leadership responsibilities.
Choose between two certificate tracks:
- Leadership Certificate for supervisors and mid-level managers
- Leadership Professional Certificate for experienced and senior leaders seeking a structured development path

RECOMMENDED: We strongly recommend completing Basics of Supervision before starting the Leadership Academy. It provides the foundational skills that the Academy's elective courses build upon.
