Plan for 2027 with the National Business Trends Survey

Cascade is partnering with the Employer Associations of America (EAA) to conduct the 2026–27 National Business Trends Survey. This nationwide survey captures national, regional, and local business trends, including business outlook, staffing plans, hiring and retention practices, pay strategies, cost reduction measures, and other challenges shaping employer decisions. New questions this year explore holiday schedules and year-end planning.

By participating, your organization helps create a stronger, more representative benchmark for employers nationwide. In return, you will receive the final report at no cost, giving you timely data to compare approaches, identify emerging trends, and support informed workforce and business planning for 2027.

Last year, 916 organizations participated through 14 employer associations, providing a broad view of the strategies and priorities influencing workplaces across the country. This year’s survey includes approximately 35 multiple choice questions and offers employers an opportunity to contribute their perspective to an important national benchmark.

The deadline to participate is October 16, 2026. All participating organizations, including members and non-members, will receive the final report for FREE.
