Clarification on New NLRB Posting

In late August Cascade published an alert regarding a new NLRB posting requirement scheduled to take effect on November 14, 2011. Please be aware that although the poster is currently available for download, there are pending legal challenges to the new rule. Accordingly, even though the poster is available for download, the poster does not need to be posted until November 14, 2011 when the rule is currently scheduled to take effect.
