Guidance Issued on Executive Order Requiring Federal Contractors to Mandate the COVID-19 Vaccine
on Monday, October 25, 2021
On September 9th, President Biden announced an Executive Order requiring all eligible contractors and subcontractors to mandate COVID-19 vaccines without the option for weekly testing, except for religious and medical exemptions. On September 24th, the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force issued guidance regarding this mandate.
Remote I-9 Verification Extended

The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced it is extending its remote I-9 verification rule through December 31, 2021. Because of ongoing precautions related to COVID-19, DHS has extended the Form I-9 flexibility policy until December 31, 2021.
