Regional Pay Survey

Our primary compensation survey, the Regional Pay Survey is a comprehensive and valuable compensation tool for professionals in Oregon and Washington. Collecting wage, salary, and bonus data on over 600 positions from organizations across Oregon and Washington, this survey is a great addition to our membership package.

Access to the final reports are available for FREE to participating members, and at large discounted rates for participating nonmembers. For pricing options, view the Survey Pricing sheet.

NWS

Regional Nonprofit Combined Pay & Benefits Reports

Replacing the Nonprofit Pay & Benefits Survey in 2020, Cascade is now offering nonprofit reports of the Regional Pay Survey and Regional Benefits Survey. Participate in both surveys to receive discounts on the final reports, and receive an extra discount when you purchase both reports together.

Why are we changing up the nonprofit survey options? In 2019, Cascade partnered with Archbright on the Regional Pay and Regional Benefits surveys. Comparing these regional surveys with the 2019 Nonprofit Pay and Benefits Survey, we had 124 more reportable positions for nonprofits in the Regional Pay Survey than the combined survey. The benefits survey is almost exactly the same as the benefits portion of the original survey, and had 106 nonprofit participants in 2019. This was particularly impressive considering very few of the 66 benefits participants from the nonprofit specific survey participated. We look forward to seeing even more impressive data with the combining of survey groups in 2020.

You can purchase the combined reports option at any time – we will send you the reports as they are published. You must be a participant in both the Regional Pay and Regional Benefits surveys in order to receive participant pricing. If you purchase the combined reports at the participant pricing, and fail to participate in one or both of the surveys, you will be charged the remaining fee for the relevant non-participant pricing.

Feel free to contact McKenna Arnold, Survey and Research Manager with any questions, or to register to participate, at marnold@cascadeemployers.com.
