Prices listed are exclusive to members of Cascade. Each package includes a 30-minute strategy session to discuss desired outcomes; not included with pay-as-you-go. Pre-paid sessions are 60 minutes in length. Each employee will receive an email to the email address provided by the employer with instructions and their coach’s contact information. Unused hours cannot be rolled over to another employee or the next contract year.
1. How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Do you have ideas, goals or plans but are not sure where to start? Maybe you know where you want to go but need some guidance in moving past obstacles. Coaching conversations are focused on your growth and development and move at a pace right for you. Do you see the value in having someone to meet with who is completely dedicated to your success?
2. How do I prepare for the first coaching session?
Be prepared to discuss what coaching success would look like for you. We also have resources available to help you process what is important to you. Those resources include assessments, questionnaires, and other helpful tools.
3. What are typical coaching topics?
Communication, assertiveness, leadership, stuck points, procrastination, strengths and weakness, time and energy management, crucial and difficult conversations, keeping a big-picture mindset, succeeding on purpose, finding and maintaining your sweet spot.
4. Which coach at Cascade should I work with?
Each one of our coaches has specific training and/or experience in coaching methodologies and approaches. Our coaches have worked with individuals from all walks of life and levels of experience. You can read our bios and/or set up conversations to see which coach might be the best fit for you.
5. What happens if I contract for some coaching sessions and I realize that once I get started, I don’t connect well with the coach?
We are aware that coaching is as much a relationship as it is anything else. Your contract is with Cascade and not with an individual coach. In the unlikely event that a coaching client does not connect well with their coach, we have other coaches that are quite capable of fulfilling our commitment to you.
6. How long will I need to work with a coach?
It really varies depending on whether you have one issue/goal you want to work on or several. Most participants commit to 3-5 sessions to get started.
Not ready to commit to a package? Pay-As-You-Go coaching is there when the need arises.
